Family first. It’s essential to grow your mafia fast, which means you have to start recruiting right away, don’t wait until you’re level 25 or something. There are various ways to get new members to your family. Start with your friends, send them invites to join your family. Tell your followers about it in Twitter. Do you write a blog? Tell your readers about the game. There are also quite a few forums and sites out there, where players talk about the game and are looking for people to join.

Jobs. You need to get those jobs done and you need to get them done fast with the most rewards possible. It is important to diversify them and scale them up, sto get the most rewards out of them. Focus on jobs that require the highest levels of energy, that way you’ll also get biggest amount of experience points.

Property. Use the money you don’t need for weapons, on properties, it’s a good way to build up a nice cash flow. When dealing with property you have to remember that you need to spend some money on them to keep them up, which means that there’s no point on investing in properties that are not going to bring you a good return.

Fights. Unless you can’t control yourself, fighting your fellow players, is a waste of your time and resources. Instead keep building levels, recruiting members to your mafia and getting more points. In the longer perspective it will to pay off much better.
